Welcome to Lee-Side

A large detached Victorian House in Robin Hood's Bay, built in 1897 by Captain Jacob Storm.

Owned and managed by Margaret and Alan Dawson, Lee-Side offers 4 star standard  

Bed & Breakfast accommodation in three well appointed letting bedrooms together with a Breakfast Room and Residents Lounge.

Free Wi-Fi access is available.

A beautiful second storey Suite is also available on a Bed & Breakfast basis, with its own Private Lounge and Sea Views.

HOW TO FIND US:  

Just off the A171 (Whitby - Scarborough Road). Take the B1447 through High Hawsker  down to Robin Hood’s Bay. Mount Pleasant South can be found  just past the Grosvenor Hotel, opposite the tennis courts on the left.

Alternatively if you are coming from the south, take the Fylingthorpe  - Robin Hood’s Bay road off the A171, drive down through Fylingthorpe till you reach a T-junction, take a left, then first right into Mount Pleasant South and we can be found halfway down on the left.    

Lee-Side is situated in the upper part of Robin Hood’s Bay, near the Hotels, a Restaurant, and the local Post Office.

Five minutes walk takes you down to the beach through Old Baytown where cobbled streets twist down to the sea.

There is lots of choice when it comes to eating and drinking.

Robin Hood's Bay is on a stretch of coast famous for its spectacular views, where country meets coast.

There are plenty of nice walks, the Cleveland Way and the Coast to Coast being just two of them
